Tonight, it was my turn to put Kirsi to sleep. While I was laying next to her pretending to sleep, I heard her making kissing noises. I opened my eyes and saw that she had lined up all her animals and babies the entire width of her bed (except for where I was laying) and was giving them each kisses good night. She kissed her hand and then put her hand on each of their heads. How sweet is that?! Once she had given us all kisses, she looks down and says, “No room for Kirsi!” Too funny!
Of course, that was an hour and a half ago and she wasn’t anywhere close to sleeping. I had to take a frustration break after 45 minutes and then Der took over. It is now 9:05 pm and he’s not out yet. What are we going to do with our little Kirsi Bear who doesn’t want to sleep?
